Spa Etiquette

In order to receive the most from your spa experience
we recommend the following:

When To Arrive :

Please be at least 10 minutes early for your appointment. We may not be able to extend your treatment time if you are running late.

Cancellations:

Elouera is a busy, professional day spa.  Please advise of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

At the time of booking you will be asked to supply your credit card details incase of cancellation. These details are kept strictly confidential and will be deleted upon arrival for your treatment.

Your Experience:

Your treatment is uniquely designed for YOU. Please advise your therapist if you would like any part of your treatment or your treatment environment changed e.g. music volume adjusted, massage pressure firmer etc.

What To Wear:
We will provide disposable underwear for tanning and body treatments.
